[BUG] Green Background at Weapons

I have noticed this bug since some time and couldn't really find a way to replicate it. It really happens randomly for me. Not a big deal, but still weird that it's happening sometimes.

Given how infrequently this happens (even in my experience it has been super rare), I'm honestly not sure if there's anything I can do on my end. I'll keep this open for a bit but may close it if I don't find any real solutions in a while.

A majority of the time, when a bug doesn't consistently happen it means it's a TF2 issue or outside of my control, but I could always be wrong

Yeah strange bug, I do not pay full attention to it, but sometimes it happens me if I play active at least 5 times in a Day. But yeah have thought worth to mention just in case.
