[Bug] Executing changelevel does not respond

According to RCON protocol:

'This can be a ConCommand such as mp_switchteams or changelevel, a command to set a cvar such as sv_cheats 1, or a command to fetch the value of a cvar, such as sv_cheats. The response will vary depending on the command issued.'

Investigate: does changelevel respond with any meaningful data? Responses never resolve, so you always execute commands but they are never responded back to the client. Could be rage inducing when trying to parse bugs on the frontend (i.e. when the server does not have that map)
