Question on output of p2rank

Hello! Thanks a lot for sharing your work!

I have a question regarding the output of p2rank. The README section on outputs says that for each structure file in the dataset P2Rank produces several output files. Does the same logic apply for the case when the input is just a single structure file? I have tried running the example command (prank predict -f test_data/1fbl.pdb) and the output does not have the specified files (i.e. predictions.csv, residues.csv) and only has the visualization folder containing the protein pdb:

I could not find any parameters responsible for this in the default config. Am I missing something or is there a way to produce the above-mentioned files when predicting a pocket for a single structure?

Update: changing Java jdk version from 17.02 to 11.0 solved the issue! Sorry!:)
