Request to add Ukrainian language to Transifex

Problem

I'm a native Ukrainian speaker.
I'd like to contribute a translation, however Transifex tells me that Ukrainian language was not approved yet (despite being already requested by someone).

In case Transifex is too tedious to manage, as a workaround I can directly submit a PR with Ukrainian .po translation.
