Login will not redirect

I have used {loadposition _______} in an article so that the menu button action will call up the email login. However it will not redirect upon login to the page it has been assigned. It simply goes back to the page I created for the login with the {loadposition} code. Do you know the reason for this or a work around?

I have tried with the same {loadposition _______} in an article. When I enter the email then I got a login link and on clicking on that link, I was redirected to the menu assigned in the bye-bye password module's option i.e. login redirection. So I have been redirected to the right page after login.

Please make sure that you haven't set 'default' in Login Redirection Page option of bye-bye password module.
If still you face the same issue then share your Joomla version.
