The Iota project at Purdue has created a reference implementation of Wi-SUN FAN protocols. WIST is an emulation testbed which is designed and developed to evaluate our reference implementation of Wi-SUN FAN protocols. The testbed provides layer 2 connectivity for a mesh network without needing to emulate physical layer signals and interference.
