Correct New Client Information Form (Intake Form) Confirmation and Notification Errors

Confirmations and Notifications send client information out via email. Need to edit both, but the settings for Notifications and Confirmations are inaccessible. Instead of showing the proper view for editing content and recipients, there is instead the following information:
