Steam won't launch game

When the fix is applied steam will not launch the game. The launcher opens up and after selecting the options the steam button goes back to play in an endless loop.

Specs:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60Ghz
GPU: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620
RAM: 8.00 GB
OS: Windows 11 Home
Laptop

The game will also not pass an integrity check when the dll file is in the bin folder.

No compatibility settings are checked. A scan has been completed to repair files before adding the fix. I've tried 1.6.3 and 1.6.1 and had the same results.

I'm having the same issue. I don't think this fix works anymore.
