About Us - Make Hero image Text Dynamic

For the about page I noticed the hero image text is just in the template file. I do believe that text is something the client would want access to, so it would be best to make it accessible through the WordPress admin area.
(aka make is custom field, probably best that not a WYSIWYG since it is only one line)

The designer specified everything that was lorem ipsum was to be custom fields and everything that wasn't could be hard coded. If you still think it is better to make a custom field, we could change it, but this is what the designer wanted.
