This will be a repo built around validated workflows that can be directly pulled or copied for use by customers, Trying to cut down on duplication of effort and provide examples of collection/playbook checking, publishing, etc etc.

using the platform configuration team as we are the most likely culprits to maintain it, if that changes we can change that later.
