Can't start cluster localkube #69
Description
When I type:
spread cluster start
And this is error:
could not start localkube: could not start container 881b751ecdc6835040c01c43d774e63e088999c9283549205e73116b7f985973: API error (400): {"message":"starting container with non-empty request body was deprecated since v1.10 and removed in v1.12"}
I use docker version: 17.06.0-ce
