Voice V2 (Livekit) Update

Stoat has updated to a new voice system, leaving behind mediasoup and embracing Livekit.
This comes with its own set of challenges for Remix which are currently being worked on.
Development for pure voice chat connectivity happens over on [Revoice.js]https://github.com/ShadowLp174/revoice.js) but there will also be (and already have been) updates to this repository.

Next to the voice update, Stoat has also rebranded and changed a few technical things, possibly creating other smaller problems. We will fix them as soon as possible and may tweak the message layout and use of emojis to fit the new client.
These things are subject to change though, as Stoat evolves.

This seems to be more or less done. The migration to the new system has been completed and even new features possible through the system have been implemented (e.g. auto joining without having to select a channel).

The dashboard will have to be enhancend with these new possibilities as well, that is not the top priority right now though.
