updates needed to work in v3

The PApplet API went through substantial changes in the last alpha releases of v3, see [these notes](https://github.com/processing/processing/blob/24faf9881793bfed0426f5781fd91f7474fc916a/build/shared/revisions.txt#L16). ShaderBase needs to be updated accordingly to work with 3.0 final.
