Apply empirical correction to Jason-1/2/3

The NetCDF files has already been copied to $(ALTIM)/data/models/J1J2J3_range_correction_abacus.nc

The correction should be added to all ranges, from all retrackers, and all frequencies (thus not impacting the ionospheric correction).
This correction is already implemented in the GDR-G (Jason-3) and GDR-S2 (SWOT Nadir) processors.

Thus, the correction is to be added to

• j1 (all cycles)
• j2 (all cycles) (will go into the newly produced data)
• j3 (phases a-b) (others already incorporated the correction)

This will also change the reference frame offset, so it will have to be recomputed.

A correction should also be made to SWOT Nadir, but it was not released.
