Nginx logs in Frigate are broken

The format in the nginx logs are incorrect, preventing successful parsing by frigate and showing inconsistent timestamps. See tteck#3506 (comment) for more details.

This might be due to nginx's access/error logs being redirected inside the S6 logs (which I don't think is done in the official docker image)
