I suspect this is due to my own work in #28225 missing something, but I can't work out what's wrong. Removing It seems similar to #21003, but my limited knowledge of the codebase is not helping to assess this properly. Logs (if relevant) |

I think I've solved this. Our dependency
skuba
was autoformatting and replacing the Dockerfile, which then caused Renovate to be upset at node being out of date, and regenerating. I think realistically we should just not upgrade skuba with other dependencies if we're going to be codemodding. Edge case among edge cases here!
