Hi there, You're reporting a problem with an old version of Renovate. Please try the latest version and tell us if that fixes your problem. Be sure to provide updated logs once you have run with a newer version. Good luck, The Renovate team |

How are you running Renovate?
Self-hosted Renovate
If you're self-hosting Renovate, tell us which platform (GitHub, GitLab, etc) and which version of Renovate.

One problem I'm encountering when using Renovate at my org is Renovate will need to install certain tools to update lock files.
Using Python/Poetry as an example, it fails to update poetry.lock because my org's firewall blocks VM's access to many external sites and we're using artifactory to proxy things through. I'm able to configure Renovate such that it searches for package updates through Artifactory, but installation of certain tools it needs seem to always go to some external link.
This also happened when it tried to update Gem.lock
Is it possible for me to either:
