those packages are released independently, so grouping them by default will cause immortal PRs.

@rarkins @secustor we should really define what's a monorepo for renovate and decline such PRs fast.

yeah i looked for the "contributing monorepos" case in CONTRIBUTING.md but couldn't find anything there
