Slider: Improve keyboard interaction behavior

Currently, keyboard interactions for the slider only work after focusing it via the Tab key. It would be more intuitive if keyboard controls also worked after focusing the slider with the mouse.

I checked other popular libraries, and their implementations behave this way, making precise adjustments (±1) easier.

It might also be useful to support both horizontal and vertical arrow keys (Left/Right and Up/Down) for changing the value.

Updated the implementation to support keyboard nav after using the mouse. For the different arrow keys – I'll research the topic a bit more, currently I'm relying on the native behavior so need to make sure that it won't go against the wai aria recommendations

I'm preparing to ship a minor release after working in a canary branch for some time, so going to include it there

@blvdmitry Hi, I just noticed that keyboard changes don’t trigger onChangeCommit. Is this intentional? If so, is there a workaround?

Update: I checked https://mantine.dev/core/slider/#onchangeend, and it seems to update on each step during keyboard interaction, so I’d expect the same here
