Host header appears to be ignored #322
Description
It seems that setting the Host header explicitly has no effect. The server keeps complaining about the host being unrecognized.
I have situation where I have to use the server's IP to reach it, but it won't recognize the request unless the Host header is correctly set.
With other clients (curl, httpie), I'm able to get a successful response when setting the Host header. The same command fails with restish with a server error message indicating that the Host header is not being set.
