Release support for konserve-kv 5.1 #1

Hi! I am trying to use the konserve-kv libraries for psql and redis. The redis library requires the core protocol version 5.1+, however this library hasn't updated yet.
What are the remaining blockers to releasing 0.1.3? I see you have already started updating it to support the newest version.
The main incompatibility I have seen so far between konserve-kv 5.0 and 5.1+ is that -update-in has gotten a new 4-airity version that needs to be supported.
