simple runnable example

Hi! Is there a simple (runnable) example to show how to use this library and its components? Like collecting samples, train the policy and then run it in an environment. Apologizes if I overlooked something.

It doesn't look like I have an example for this in the repo. The best bet for now is to look at the tests for examples of running different functions. Probably look at https://github.com/rhololkeolke/lspi-python/blob/master/lspi_testsuite/test_learn.py for how to call the main learning function.
