Common property IncludeInPage is not supported in GridViewTextColumn and GridViewTemplateColumn (both standard and in business pack).
Now when it is set on the column, this error appears:

DotVVM.Framework.Compilation.DotvvmCompilationException: The control ‘DotVVM.Framework.Controls.GridViewTextColumn’ does not have a property ‘IncludeInPage’ and does not allow HTML attributes!

Please add support for this.

I agree with this request and I would add that IncludeInPage should be added to all column types.
