it is not working on large amount of data

it works perfectly around 50k to 70k but when data cross 1 lac to 2 lacs issue accuse.
and it, not showing error also it stuck on that line of code.

Having the same issue
My data just crossed 70k and there is not response from the server anymore

now we solve that problem by using jsonexport which is currently working fine
