Избавится от ReflectionTypeHint!

Эта глючная библиотека совершенно 
безполезна и только мешает:
$mat = Text_Censure::parse($text,
            $delta = 3,
            $continue = "\xe2\x80\xa6",
            $is_html = false);

Выдаёт:

PHP Error [512]
