remove pre-v.0.2.8 grade sensors for entity_id rename

entity_id is not being updated if you just update the integration.
To get new entity_id with ^edupage_ prefix, you need to remove old grade sensors first (does not effect calendar).
If not, you get a lot of zombie entites/sensors.
