Describe the bug
When opening the app doesn't get past the "parsing database" phase. This only happens on one install of lazer. I am trying to merge them. This is reproducible on multiple machines

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
open the .jar executable

Expected behavior
like the app getting past the parsing database phase

Screenshots
Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11/10

This only happens when I open a specific install of lazer in the app and im happy to give any logs or files from my osu dir

Can you please send me the logs?

You can do this by the following:
Open the command prompt/Powershell
Type "java -jar [Path of jar]"

You can copy the path of the jar file in the explorer window at the ribbon (the top of the window)
This should launch the application, and spits out any errors in the prompt.

Nothing, even when I use the functioning osu folder it still doesn't output anything to command line.

Okay, I do not need your whole osu directory. Just client.db
The file is at %appdata%\osu
Don't worry about your osu credentials. They are at game.ini. Don't send that.

Couldn't upload it through github so here it is

https://paste.c-net.org/BarrelsHeroism

edit: figured it out , kind of dumb but it works. github only allows for specific file extensions on file uploads.
client.db.txt
