There is one issue that should be addressed When someone Press Enter then the list shouldn't be added if the Input box is empty.
There is one more issue the Index number should start from 1 instead of 0.

• We will suggest that you should declare all Variables on the top of the codes it is best practice for Clean code. (Optional But Highly Recommended)
