Devices may go in and out of visibility depending on a multitude of factors including interference and device movement. To prevent prematurely determining that a device has left the area and removing it from the queue, a buffer should be created. This would be a constant value that is the maximum consecutive number of cycles a device can fall out of range before it is removed.
