Start with system and save settings

Please add an option for the app to start automatically when the system starts.

Also, the app should save my settings and remember them even after I close the app and open it again. Right now, it only remembers settings while it is open, but everything resets after restarting the app.

When the system starts or when I reopen the app, it should load the exact same settings from before without me changing anything again.

Regarding the saving of settings,

It should save the settings in a settings file located at
C:\Users<user name>\AppData\Roaming\let-it-rain.ini
If it is not working, there should be some permission issue at your end.

@riyasy If you don't want to implement it in C++ directly, I'd suggest to add these simple instructions to the README for users who might not know this can be done on Windows:

To automatically run the .exe file on system startup in Windows, place a shortcut to it in the Startup folder (open with Win + R then shell:startup).
