Dependancy issues with installing ruby-diameter

Hi
Im getting the following issue when I try to install ruby-diameter

Bundler could not find compatible versions for gem "concurrent-ruby":
  In Gemfile:
    rails (~> 5.0) was resolved to 5.0.0, which depends on
      activesupport (= 5.0.0) was resolved to 5.0.0, which depends on
        concurrent-ruby (>= 1.0.2, ~> 1.0)

    diameter was resolved to 0.3.1, which depends on
      concurrent-ruby (~> 0.9)

    sass-rails (>= 5.0.5, ~> 5.0) was resolved to 5.0.6, which depends on
      sprockets (< 4.0, >= 2.8) was resolved to 3.7.1, which depends on
        concurrent-ruby (~> 1.0)

    sass-rails (>= 5.0.5, ~> 5.0) was resolved to 5.0.6, which depends on
      sprockets (< 4.0, >= 2.8) was resolved to 3.7.1, which depends on
        concurrent-ruby (~> 1.0)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
