feat: remove all detailed command variants for token efficiency

Removed 6 detailed variants (1454+ lines total):
- commit-detailed (296 lines)
- docs-detailed (520 lines!)
- hygiene-detailed (264 lines)
- push-detailed (69 lines)
- todo-detailed (305 lines)
- maintainability-detailed

Kept simple commands (174 lines total) that delegate to npm scripts.
This is a MASSIVE token reduction while preserving functionality.

Reduces command count from 32 to 26.
