Hi!
In the paper for this project, it highlights calculation of melting temperature:
AssayBLAST handles large sets of primer and probe sequences simultaneously and supports comprehensive assay designs by allowing users to identify off-target binding, calculate melting temperatures, and ensure strand specificity, a critical but often overlooked aspect.
Can you please help me understand where/how the melting temperature is included in this tool?
