Neon Dreams cannot be enabled on separate vs code windows #313

OS: Windows 11 Pro
VSCode Version: 1.90.1

When dragging a tab out to form a new window, neon dreams will not be activated within the new window.

Running the enable neon dreams command from within the new window does not work either.
