trajectory and chat-history do not always match in name #25
Description
The trajectory-XXX.md and chat-history-XXX.jsonl files for a session sometimes do not match in name.
That is the "XXX" is different for a "matching pair" of the files.
Many times they are the same but it seems that if the clock ticks over during the two file creation calls, you get a different number. It would be good if they were consistent.
