`mdx web` -- consider adding `--screenshot` functionality

Much like like --save-page-output FILE, after the page was "done" loading, it would save a screen shot from the page to the filename specified, or a default if a filename wasn't specified (again, like how the default filename works for save page output via the command line options parsing code).
