Anyone Using Plate Recognizer Locally (Snapshot SDK), Successfully ?

Trying to integrate this with Frigate into HASS and was following Rob's example except I want to use the local version, Snapshot SDK from Plate Recognizer. Things seem to work up to the point (capture JPG from Frigate etc) of then processing through local Plate Recognizer where I get the following error:
