Allow the ability to set graph_duration_minutes on the graph_enricher action

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Would like to be able to see more than 60 minutes of historical data when using the the graph_enricher action

Additional context
I think it could be useful to extend the graph out to something like 2,3 or 6 hours to see if it's a slow steady trend or spiking
