Standalone support

From the very simple looking code in lib/puppet-profiler.rb it appears that supporting stand-alone mode should doable.

I'm going to leave this here and hopefully tinker out a patch to make it work soon :)

You should be able to use the command flag (see #3) to accomplish what you're looking for.
