Use of add/remove category command?

I added a transaction with the category 'education'. Then, I removed category 'education'. 'list /type out/ category education' returned no results (as expected). However, when I type 'list /type out', as shown in the screenshot, it returns transactions with the category: 'education'. So removing category command does not seem to have any functionality for the user.

The user guide also states that category is automatically created if not explicitly created by the user, so the 'add' category command also does not seem to have any functionality for the user.

This command can be removed because both don't seem to serve a function in the program for the user.
