[Bug] Allow infinite scrolling in when viewing platforms, collections, etc in "detail view" similar to both art views behavior

When viewing a platform, collection, etc. you have 3 different views that I'm going to refer to as "details", "art", and "large art".

When viewing either art or large art, there is no limitation in how many games can be displayed on your screen by scrolling down. However, when using the detail view, you are limited to 10, 25, 50, or 100 depending on what you select from the "roms per page" dropdown.

My feature request would be to make detail view infinitely scrollable just as the other two views function.
