Publish brand assets and usage policy/guidelines

I know we have internal brand resources, but it would be great to get them more easily accessible e.g. in a GitHub repo if possible. This would also require us including usage guidelines to protect any copyright and trademark rights. From the community perspective, this would need to include guidance around when open source or third party projects should/should not use any logos or ROOST graphics.
