Rename #roost-model-community channel to just #model-community? #9
Description
Following the logic of roostorg/model-community#11, we should be more consistent with naming/terminology. Since the channel is in the ROOST Discord and maintained by ROOST, we probably don't need the word roost in the channel name?
Not the biggest concern, but could help people find things more easily when we're consistent.
