How to setup a background/border for pop ups?

Hello all,

I'm trying to set a background or a border for pop-ups in neovim(LazyVim) with the RosePine colorscheme. Is this possible when you have transperancy enabled?

Here is my colorscheme:

I found the solution for any other that may have the same issue apply the following:

highlight_groups = {
        NormalFloat = { bg = "#000000", blend = 100, inherit = true },
}
