enable ECE feature bits #3
Description
I use the example code, the queried out ECE is 0x30000000. It means that the ECE version is 0x3, and the left 28 feature bits are all zero. How to enable one of the feature bits to verify that the reduced ECE really work? For example, after querying the local ECE to be 0x30000001 and get remote peer's ECE is 0x3000000F, then we could apply the peer's ECE and query out that the last effective ECE is really 0x30000001.
