It appears leave feedback uses the record UI, but the text in the box does not seem correct. Also spacing for the text needs cosmetic improvement. See screenshot, taken on low res device.
It also looks like UI shown after user presses (i) is not yet complete.

Home key also doesn't work. (This is technically a different issue, but lets just keep it simple and lump it together.)

This method of feedback using the recording functionality isn't something that we necessarily want to keep using. We built it this way many many years ago because it seemed like the logical way to gather feedback since the app already does audio recording and submission. This still does seem logical, but the feedback feature hasn't been widely used (and isn't implemented in the iOS version of Perspectives), so I think it merits some discussion before spending time on it.
I would just remove/hide the button for now, but eosrei, let us know if you disagree from FAM's point of view. Totally agree on your classification of this as minor, but good to have on the radar nonetheless!

From Brad's and FAMSF's point of view it's probably best to remove this functionality for now.
