Codex trying to read from non-existant Bashes in Claude

I have been getting this error from Codex in Claude Code where it will try to read the output from a non-existent Bash:

Is it possible to prevent this from happening in any way? Maybe through System Instructions or any other way

Maybe you could add some user prompts in your CLAUDE.md, like:

Don't call BashOutput tool directly, if you want to call a bash command, please call Bash first, then you can call BashOutput to get the output later.

Tried that already for some time, and it kinda works, but eventually when the context gets bigger, the model again tries BashOutput

Claude's tools are too complex, while codex's tools are too simple. Maybe you should use an MCP server, such as serena.

Should you maybe enhance the Codex-Claude system messages about it?

Codex cannot change the system instructions.

I mean those that you Append AFTER native Instructions (for example the "IGNORE ALL PREVIOUS INSTRUCTIONS..." from the other day)
