- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pint cream
- 3 pints half and half
- 1 1/2 pints Whole milk
- Using a mixer combine eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and 1 pint of cream. Pour mixture into ice cream freezer can. Pour in remaining 3 pints cream and 1 1/2 pints milk, stir until well mixed. Turn on ice cream freezer.
