- 2 cups water
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 - 4 oz. can diced Ortega chilies
Cook rice, 2 cups water with 1 cup rice. Combine cooked rice with remaining ingredients and put in a 9 x 13 sprayed baking dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes
