- Cook in a Crock Pot 6 to 8 hours on low or 3 1/2 hours on high

- 6 to 8 lean - 1 in. thick pork chops
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 - 10 oz. can chicken and rice soup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Dredge pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder. Brown chops in oil in a large skillet. Place browned pork chops in the bottom of the crock pot. Add the can of soup. Cover and cook on low or 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 1/2 hours.
